Course Objective:

1. To explore the relationship between the artist and modern technology.
2. To learn techniques of graphic design.
3. To become acquainted with terms and function of digital imaging.
4. To capture, manipulate, and print Digital Photographs.
5. To study advertising, graphic communication, and various media.
6. To showcase our work in the Fine Art Showcase at the end of the school year.

Example assignment:

Take photographs of an old building or an old vehicle from the area. Select your favorite photo, edit it in Photoshop, and write a poem that helps tell a story about the scene. Print both and display them in the hall.
